I ran in the rain tonight - for the last glorious 10 minutes of my run. Feel the same way that when I don't run ...Yup. Feel the same way that when I don't run I feel all out balance. It's strange also, you know that but sometimes are reluctant to run due to time etc. and then you feel great after your run. Unlike you I love my early morning runs, little to no traffic, cool temperature and the only sounds you hear are the noisy birds and your breathing. But bring on the rainy season with afternoon showers and I will run after the rain stops or at least eases. Love running after the rain or in very light rain.
